Our Programs
People-centered programming to defend the Constitution, empower citizens, and build a democratic Zimbabwe.
Promoting Constitutionalism
Training and awareness programs across all provinces, emphasizing the importance of upholding constitutional principles and safeguarding citizens' rights. We conduct community workshops, produce educational materials, and partner with civic organizations to ensure every Zimbabwean understands their constitutional protections.
Social Inclusion
Ensuring that marginalized groups are accommodated within the constitutional framework and that their voices are heard and amplified. CDF works specifically with women, youth, persons with disabilities, and rural communities to ensure inclusive participation in democratic processes.
Advocacy
Encouraging citizens to hold duty-bearers accountable for constitutional adherence. CDF advocates for the rule of law, transparent governance, and respect for human rights through lawful, peaceful, and persistent civic action.
Constitutional Defense (CAB3 Response)
Our most urgent initiative: mobilizing the nation to oppose Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3. This includes facilitating written submissions to Parliament, coordinating with coalition partners, and ensuring the constitutional requirement for a referendum is upheld.
